In 1950, and at a young age, Muhieddine Abou Zelof started working at an automotive spare parts shop in old Beirut souks taking the first step toward a long journey… In 1953, he immigrated to Kuwait and founded the “Arz Autoparts store for spare parts” to be one of the best institutions in this field.

However, his love for his country and his family remained the biggest incentive for his decision to move his business to Lebanon in 1966. On the other hand, he kept the iconic cedar in his trademark logo, "Arz Autoparts”, and never regretted his decision despite the storms that hit the company as a result of the Lebanese war for twenty-five years.

Today, and in his eighth decade, Muhieddine Abou Zelof continues his daily activity in the company, while always keeping up with its continuous development and success. And, in fact, that made him the unique figure that protects the company and the family together…
